Together with Leigha of ALTER + Danielle of EVOKE, we invite you to join us for a gentle flow through restorative shapes and Intuitive touch. In alignment with the season of turning inward, we will practice the nature of shedding and returning home to the body.

Join us for an hour + event @cosmichaus.co this Sunday October 13th at 4:30pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early so you have time to acclimate and ground. Bring water for hydration. All other props will be provided.   

Danielle is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and owner of Evoke. She offers trauma-informed massage therapy and online movement classes.

Leigha unites her years behind the chair nurturing clients with her passion for learning and sharing the teachings of yoga with Alter. In an offering of insightful guidance, encouragement, and attunement  to her guests and peers, Alter provides a container for growth that we all crave.
